We at Lani’s farm grow some of the most unique and interesting produce around. We pride ourselves on our products because no one grows the unique items that we grow. Our greens are a rare variety of vegetables that are legendary amongst chefs and we are truly honored that they showcase us on their menus. The taste of our greens can't be matched because of our growing habits and also because of Steve (Kwang Koo Yoo), the farm’s vegetable whisperer.
Kitchen Division
Lani’s Farm, as of 2015, started their Kitchen division, providing the best Kimchis and homemade soy sauce.
Flour Mill
We use only the finest grains to grow all our flours. After the grains are harvested, we use the finest mill on the east coast, Castle Valley Mill, located in Doylestown, Pa. They stone grind all our grains. Their process of grinding grains is amazing and gives our product the finest quality one can purchase. Also, they have the same standards as we do with adding NO preservations or any chemicals to our grains, just the way we treat all our vegetables. Pure and chemical free the way vegetables should be grown.
